Returns, Refunds & Issues
Snap a pic and WhatsApp us at +234 1234567890 within 24 hours. We’ll replace it or refund you — no argument.
Yes — but only if it’s unopened, unused, and within 3 days of delivery. Some items (like fresh food or opened detergents) can’t be returned.
Once approved, refunds hit your original payment method in 3–5 working days. Bank transfers may take up to 7 days.
